History of Winfield Property Management 

In 2006, Amy Bors founded Winfield Property Management with a simple vision: to provide property owners with exceptional service, strategic management, and a partnership they could count on.


What began with just 200 units and a determined team has grown into a thriving company with 6,500+ units and 175+ employees across multiple markets.


With more than 27 years of experience in real estate and property management, we bring the expertise and proven track record to help owners achieve their goals and maximize their investments.

Meet Our President Amy Bors

Amy Bors

Amy Bors, a Tulsa native, began property management in 1997 with a national management firm where she specialized in startups of distressed properties. Her ability to turn around underperforming properties enabled her to move into the Regional Supervisor position for the Midwest Region.

 

Today Amy follows those same strategies to successfully reach the goals of property owners. She is also licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, is on the Board of the Tulsa Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2009, Amy was awarded the Corporate Supervisor of the Year.
